Using the latest litigation management software programs, our sister company, inFocus Litigation Support, Inc. creates a fully searchable, image-enabled document database that allows all members of your litigation team to search and retrieve relevant documents at the push of a button.

Once inFocus begins work on your case, a Litigation Support Specialist (LSS) will be assigned to oversee the project from start to finish. The LSS will use case-specific information to recommend the most effective use of coding, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and imaging in order to create a customized database that suits your needs.

Your LSS will also provide you with a detailed project plan and coding manual which meets your case objectives. Our databases are image-enabled, fully searchable, and compatible with your choice of litigation support software including Summation®, CaseVault®, Concordance®, and JFS Litigators' Notebook®.

Once your database is complete, you can quickly search, locate, sort, and view your documents, while easily creating deposition prep binders, chronologies and privilege logs. This increased efficiency allows you to spend more time on winning the case, and less time and money on preparing it.
